Each of our projects begins with a personal, very detailed consultation. This can take place at your current home or any other location you would like. You give us insights into your situation, special requirements and goals, and define the desired time frame. Fears, doubts and reservations are also very important. We are listening.

If the initial consultation takes place at your home, a tour of all impacted premises will be part of this as well. In doing so, an overall picture emerges, which serves as the basis for the ensuing detailed description of the project scope and calculation of the required budget.

The decision to continue using or selling the current property is usually made quite quickly. The household items have different requirements. We highly recommend having these fully documented and categorized by us. This provides you with a valuable and time-saving basis for decision-making, which is particularly useful during the further course of the project and beyond.

Knowing where something is or has been filed can be crucial in certain life situations. On request, we can review your documents, create overviews, checklists and folders and thus create structure for the unloved filing.

We coordinate viewings for you with the providers as well as any trial living and also make the necessary arrangements for you to move in when the time comes.

Interior & Design

The well-stocked bookshelf, the beloved TV armchair, an antique rug, the framed art print – your own interior conveys a sense of security and well-being in your new home from the very beginning. But what about the ceiling height, the different wall widths, number and positions of sockets and radiators? The question quickly arises as to whether the existing furniture can be accommodated at all and, if so, to what extent?

With modern 3D visualizations we can let you experience the new living space with your own furniture even before you have moved in.

Service providers

Involving specialised service providers is essential for the implementation of a project. We research all the required service providers for you, and you will make the decision of your preferred partners. If you already have reliable partners at hand, we are happy to integrate them. In consultation with you, we take care of the briefing, obtain offers and check them. The same applies to invoicing. We coordinate all service providers involved in terms of timing and content. This of course includes quality control. You don’t have to do anything.

Costs & Controlling

Our projects are managed and completed based on the budget agreed with you. It is our standard that the budgets discussed with you are well thought out in terms of time and content, and therefore are reliably calculated. You are assured of continuous cost control. All work processes are harmonised to ensure a high level of efficiency.
