A few years ago, he himself was confronted with the situation of having to move his mother to a retirement home. The physical distance seemed almost insurmountable. What was missing on-site was an eloquent, empathetic, high-quality service provider who could think beyond the boundaries of their own city. Someone who saw themselves as a coordinating link between all parties involved and thought ahead – from researching possible residences to the future interior design of the new home.
